Spiritual Development Institute
SPIRITUAL DEEPENING THROUGH TRANSFORMATIVE CLASSES
The Spiritual Development Institute at CSL Grand Junction beckons you to an exciting adventure in learning. You are invited into deep personal growth and rich spiritual exploration through the tracks and courses offered here. Our classes encourage you to pursue whatever level of personal, spiritual, or professional work in the world you feel called upon to do. Through academic rigor, breadth of content and depth of experiential processes, the Institute is committed to fostering growth and transformation in adult students.
The Spiritual Development Institute is arranged in multiple tracks. Each track is designed to offer an ever-deepening experience, while providing for continuing education and certification possibilities. Read below about each of the three tracks and upcoming class dates.

Science of Mind and Spirit Track
This track is for students on a spiritual journey toward personal healing and transformation through the principles and practices of the Science of Mind and Spirit. This curriculum invites individuals to explore the power of conscious living, positive thinking, powerful techniques and spiritual practices.
The classes offered in this track are certified with the Centers for Spiritual Living in Golden, Colorado, and are transferable to any Affiliated Community of the Centers for Spiritual Living.
The courses are at three levels:
Level One courses begin your journey of transformation! Learn techniques, skills, and spiritual practices and become acquainted with the basic principles of the Science of Mind and Spirit. We invite you to explore the teachings of Science of Mind and Spirit and the writings of Ernest Holmes for your deepening personal application.
Level Two courses are designed to provide a life-long learning program in consciousness deepening, practical application, and spiritual theory.
Level Three Course: Completion of 6 courses (156 hours) from among those offered at Levels One and Two allows a student to enter Level Three, Inward Journey.
Level Three class is an intensive 30-week course for the spiritually committed, maturing student: a spiritual boot camp for growth and transformation. Heal your life at every level! Create the life you choose!
Your Personal Growth Track
CSL Grand Junction is committed to global transformation through a world that works for everyone and personal transformation by creating a life that works for each of us. Therefore, your personal growth, emotional intelligence, and mind/body maturity can be significantly furthered through ongoing participation in our Personal Growth classes.
At the Spiritual Development Institute, we understand that Science of Mind and Spirit is often considered a spiritual psychology. We also recognize that there are important and popular topics outside the the Science of Mind and Spirit Track that are important to your personal development.
Throughout the year we provide a multitude of opportunities for students to participate in various types and lengths of courses. These classes are offered by qualified members of the community and our licensed Prayer Practitioners. There are no prerequisites to attend any of these classes.
An example is a class offered recently that is based on The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Another is Creating a Happy Life based on material from the Oneness Institute.
These classes are not part of the certificated coursework offered by Centers for Spiritual Living in Golden, Colorado.

Practitioner / Ministry Track
As people walk through the Science of Mind Curriculum, they may feel drawn toward becoming a Licensed Practitioner or Minister. CSL Grand Junction provides classes for the attainment of these paths.
The beginning coursework for becoming a Minister starts with Professional Practitioner Training. Completion of that training leads to the RScP license with the Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) and allows the Professional Practitioner to be a member of the ecclesiastical arm of a Spiritual Community.
Professional Practitioner studies graduates and licenses powerful Practitioners who are: skilled in the art and science of spiritual mind treatment and healing; teachers of Truth; active, loyal and supporting members of their spiritual community; and role models for other spiritual seekers.
This study focuses on the skills and responsibilities of the Professional Practitioner. It covers their relationship to clients, to the process of healing, to their spiritual community, to their global community and to the world. It is the students’ opportunity to apply what they’ve learned to assisting others on their path of evolution and teaching them to “live a life of their choice” and “to live their life fully.”
A licensed Professional Practitioner may choose to continue to receive a Master Practitioner Certificate and/or choose to enter Ministerial Training to become a Centers for Spiritual Living minister.
