Loneliness is often experienced as not being heard, seen, valued or feeling safe.  In this interactive workshop, we will do exercises and activities to help us access and work through our own feelings of loneliness including:

*How we isolate ourselves
*How our old stories sabotage our ability to connect with others
*How we fill the loneliness “void”
